This Is Happening With Permission

Behaviour leaves clues.

If people arrive prepared, engaged and willing to take accountability, that’s a signal.

If people show up to your meetings late, unprepared and with lots of excuses, it’s a signal, too.

You might say, ‘well that’s on them, not me.’

You might say, ‘well that’s what their last manager let them do.’

You might say, ‘well, it’s always been like that.’

Standards are set in real time.

What repeats becomes the norm.

What continues has your permission.

If you want to understand how you are experienced as a leader, look at the behaviour around you. It is already answering the question.

Power House is where senior women set the standard. Authority grows. Boundaries become stronger. Presence becomes undeniable. 

Power House is not for everyone. It is for leaders who will no longer tolerate all those things that are costing them time, energy and influence.
