Self-doubt is a pattern ♻️

Self-doubt is a pattern.

It appears at moments of visibility, stretch and challenge.  It does not disappear with seniority.

What changes things is how much influence and power we decide to give to that self-doubt.

For me, doubt always appears at the edge of every level of my growth. First senior leadership role. Coaching CEOs. Writing my book.

Its presence matters less and less to me.

I know now how much power I want to allow my self-doubt to hold over me.

I know now how to differentiate between truth, lie and doubt.

And I know that you want to know that too.
