The business impacts for Sonia have been many. When we see ourselves as more powerful, the brain will find all sorts of opportunities to use that power wisely. Sonia’s been able to cut timelines, focus on strategy not delivery and build strong relationships that cut through the noise. 

Neither of them came into Power House lacking capability.  They’re successful, talented women. 

They came in because they could see the gap between where they were operating and where they knew they could – with the right guidance, challenge and support. And they’ve both worked with me before so they knew I would help them deliver.
