How to build empathy – with people who ‘wind me up’!

Most of us ‘get’ that empathic listening is one of the greatest skills we can have as leaders – indeed as human beings! But as one of my clients said last week…. ‘How can I build empathy with him – he’s an annoying little xxxx – always has been, always will be!’ Great question!
